Registration

By filling in this registration form, you are adding your child to the waiting list for a place in Spring Term 2026.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and sessions will run subject to viability, which will be confirmed in advance.

We aim to accommodate all applications; however, OFSTED ratio requirements mean that capacity each term is determined by the number of team members available. As this may vary term to term, so too may the number of places. Early applications support our planning process and enable us to maximise capacity where possible. We are currently completing allocations for Spring Term and will confirm final numbers shortly.

Your registration will be logged in time stamped order of receipt. Please pay the deposit of £50 per day requested within 72 hours of receiving the email with bank details or you will lose your child’s place in the list.

The deposit is non-refundable.
Places in the club will be confirmed as soon as possible and you will be emailed an invoice for payment.

Monday-Thursday

3:30pm to 5:30pmOn-site

We collect your child from their classroom and enjoy two hours of engaging, creative, arts-based activities together until you arrive for pick-up.

Each week of term we will cover a different theme to complement the syllabus. This method of teaching builds on what the children are learning in school, developing confidence and skills as well as communication. We cover topics such as: space, dinosaurs, the sea, animals, fairy tales, people who help us, and much more. Each day continues the week’s theme through a variety of games, activities and crafting projects. This means that children can do one day a week or take part in all available sessions.
